Originally from Venezuela, Thomas was recruited to play college tennis at New Mexico State University, where he earned a Bachelor of Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing. After an early career in advertising, he transitioned into sports consulting, where he found his true calling: helping student-athletes navigate the often-complex world of U.S. college recruiting.
Recognized globally as a leading expert in the field, Thomas has delivered seminars and workshops in over 35 countries, earning the trust of families, athletes, and educational institutions alike. His insights and strategies have shaped the futures of countless young athletes.
Thomas is also the author of two influential publications on college recruiting: “7 Steps to a College Athletic Scholarship” and “Dream Big, Play Hard. The Heart and Soul of College Recruiting” These works reflect his commitment to empowering students with the knowledge and tools to reach their full potential both academically and athletically.
